DIY Balustrades & Staircases

The DIY Balustrades were designed have a top rail with 3/4/5/6 or 7 intermediate horizontal rails.Variations of this have been adapted for a vertical rack system, stainless steel cables and suspended glass panels. This balustrade system has been designed to make quick and easy installation possible.

The stanchions (posts) are all pre-assembled to provide for this facility. All you have to do is rawl bolt or chemical anchor stud the stanchions into floor with even spacings.

Pop rivet the top rail and loosen stailess steel screws on rail clamps on side of stanchion, thread through your intermediate rails and tighten. (There are ribs on the inside of clamp that crimp and tighten the intermediate rail in place to prevent it from movement or twisting). Job is now complete.

Any person that can use a tape measure, pop rivet gun, screwdriver, level and drill will be qualified to install this simple installation.

Due to the success of the DIY balustrade system, demand for a DIY staircase system we have developed an inexpensive, easily assembled modular bolt together system that is attractive, strong and can suit most staircase requirements of variation

THIS ALUMINIUM STAIRCASE CONSISTS OF PLATFORM: with wall mount brackets and / or leg brackets and adjustable legs.

MOUNTING BRACKETS: Interlocking sleeve type brackets to hold two parallel 101mm diameter tubes that you can cut to size for length of staircase.

ADJUSTABLE STAIRCASE RISER BRACKETS: These wil fit onto the parallel tubes to support your stair riser of wood or other.
